Privacy policy

Ortall ("Ortal") is an AI agent that sends real estate agents a daily market report on WhatsApp. This page explains what we hold, why, and how to stop.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number and the name on your WhatsApp profile.
• Messages you send to Ortal, and your city and neighbourhood choices.
• Whether a report link was opened, so we know the report arrived.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools.

WhatsApp opt-in

Ortal only sends reports to people who contacted her or agreed to receive them. Messages go through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform.

Opt out anytime

Reply STOP (or ״הפסק״) in the chat. Messages stop immediately and the number is marked so we never message it again. You can also ask in the chat for your data to be deleted, and we'll delete it.

Listings and property owners

Reports are built from listings published publicly on Yad2, Madlan and Facebook groups. We don't publish private owners' phone numbers, on this site or anywhere else. Report links are personal and expire.

Who we share data with

We don't sell data. Providers that process it for us: Meta (WhatsApp, to deliver messages) and Cloudflare (hosting the site and data).

AI

Ortal is an AI, not a person, and her portrait is AI-generated. Her answers rely on the listings collected; check details against the original listing.
